Unbelievable value with these clubs and this company. I cannot believe all of the golfers paying big endorsement money for clubs these days. The sad reality is that most golfers really believe that you get what you pay for. Pinemeadow shoppers know the truth. You can spend less and get a lot. These clubs are a joy to hit. The PW and aw of this set really added a lot of distance which is probably due to the longer shafts then traditional sets with different legnth shafts. I hit all of these very well with exception to the 5 iron. Maybe I will figure it out but so far I really struggle with this one club. Otherwise, this is a very forgiving set. Even poor strikes don't turn out too badly. Great value here for any golfer.

Purchased the PGX irons a while back. I LOVE EM! I upgraded the grips when I ordered them, (as my grip on the club is light), to a dri-tac type grip. I usually play the ball foreward, as I like to take the ball high and have it land soft, which is phenomenally simple with this club set. If I need distance, I play the ball center of my stance, which easily gives me more distance. Nice looking clubs that perform as well as they look.

I have played two rounds with them already! I am very satisfied thus far, I do seem to have more pop off the club which adds some extra distance to my shot. I appreciate the quick and easy process and the service I have received. Thank you!

I played golf in high sch…..

Posted by Jon on Aug 13th 2018

I played golf in high school. I am 27 and 5,10. Typically I haven't played in over 10 years and just started to get back into it within the last 8 months. I was shooting 60-70's in 9 holes and recently with these new clubs have seen my counts in 50's. I found that the clubs I was using were bent and beat up. I couldn't hit a ball straight even on some of the clubs that weren't bent. I bought the PGX Irons with Sand Wedge. I have gone to the Range 4 times and have played 54 holes. These clubs feel great and have an awesome amount of forgiveness. My irons have never been more consistent and straight. I have noticed that the sweet spot on these clubs is much larger and the loft is excellent even if it's not a good strike. they seem to have good quality materials and haven't had any issues. I have noticed my distance has increased and I am hitting more greens than I ever have, even from 150-175yrds. People I play with, that have high dollar clubs also have all said they are excellent clubs. Thanks Pinemeadow. Affordable clubs, great design. more confident than I ever have been.

I got these clubs about 5…..

Posted by Allen on Jun 1st 2018

I got these clubs about 5 weeks ago with regular flex graphite shafts. I have played 4 rounds and some range time. I previously played Pinemeadow's ZR1 Mark 2 irons. The technical specifications say that these will play one club longer (ZR1 6 iron same loft as PGX 7 iron). In my rounds I have found that this is true and maybe a bit more. For example, my old 6 iron was 150-155 yards. The new 7 iron is 155-160 yards. Ball flight is higher and I have noticed softer landings. At the beginning when I would miss hit, these hurt more than the ZR1's. However, once I got some practice, the mishits have gone away and these feel SO good when they are hit well. So my biggest problem is I am hitting these further than my old clubs and I just need to learn the new distances. The wedges are different lofts from the ZR1's so the short game is not as good as it needs to be but that is just practice. I am VERY happy with my purchase and once I get the new distances dialed in, I expect to be playing my best golf. If you want quality clubs at reasonable prices. buy these.

    Hands down the best irons…..

    Posted by W. on May 23rd 2018

Hands down the best irons I've ever owned. I've. Been playing golf for over 20 years and have had my share of clubs, from Ben Hogan, Wilson, Cobra and Cleveland irons. These are far the most balanced and easy swinging club I've had. Do yourself a favor and get these!! Thanks Pinemeadows for making affordable and amazing irons!
